Shooter Inc. looks to provide services to those of need within the area or close near. While excelling in sports photography we are fully skilled in areas that include Weddings, Maternity, Model Portaits, Headshots, and many more much needed services. Our goal is to capture the profound moments in special places. Upon being hired we will carefully hear your thoughts and take the much needed notes to succssfully complete the objective.

Founder
Cergeil better known as Surge The Shooter is a Richmond, VA native who was introduced to photography through a friend. After years of working at his craft he began to excel behind the lens making a name for himself through sports in the Richmond area. Surge is also an NFL credentialed photographer under sports journey as senior photojournalist where he covers sports throughout the DMV area.

William Ransome, who is also known as Kings Ransome, is a freelance photographer in his hometown of Richmond, VA. William's passion for photography was birthed after he was gifted his first camera at a young age. As his ability to capture candid moments became evident, he knew that photography was his greatest aspiration. With a wide range of versatility, William utilizes every opportunity to perfect his craft and create snapshots of life through the lens.
